Triple heat is our own blend of coal, doubles and lignite. It is suitable for open fires and gives off a high heat output with a medium ash content.

Lignite is peat compressed into a nugget. Also known as brown coal or union nuggets, Lignite will burn at a medium heat and will then melt into a fine ash

Also known as wondercoal, Large Calco is a smokeless coal for an open fire. This will burn at a very high heat and leave a very low ash content. Not suitable for closed fires.

Ecobrite Egg is a manufactured smokeless egg suitable for a closed fire. It will give out a constant heat for a long period of time with a low ash content. It is the quickest anthracite to light up which is ideal for evening burning.

Rough Slack is fine pieces of coal that is used to giving a longer burning experience to an open fire. It is ideal for a fire that has poor draft control.

This Cast iron black finish fire grate dog basket is suitable for a square type fire opening. It is a free standing grate and can be used on its own without a fire front.

This Lombard fire grate is a rounded grate on four legs and made from cast iron. The front is less curved than the standard Round Bow grates and the legs are higher.

This is an additional bar that sits on top to allow you to build up your fire. This bar keeps the fire safer as coal is less likely to fall out if unattended.

Queenstar Ash Pan Lifting tool

This "N type" solid fuel fire fret in a matte black finish is designed specifically for your solid fuel fire but can also be used for a gas fire to give it a more traditional look. The loop to the front of the fret controls an air slider which can limit or increase the amount of air intake to your solid fuel fire. There are very few gaps on this fret which is a great benefit. You can close the slider when you want to cool your fire down and open it fully when you want your fire to roar and radiate heat into the room.
